In Loving Memory of our Ballroom Dancer Bernie from Granada Pavillion Ballroom Dancing

On behalf of Granada Pavilion Ballroom Dancing and all ballroom dancers,
we want to express our condolences to Bernie's family in this sad moment.

It is difficult to find the right words to express our deepest sympathy. Bernie has been a frequent ballroom dancer in Granada Pavilion and we certainly will miss his warm personality.

We pray the love of God enfolds his family and friends during this difficult times and he helps you heal with the passage of time. The memories of Bernie will be always with us.

Do you know dancing can save your health? Keep Dancing and Enjoy Life.

I wanted to share this article with all our Ballroom Dancers. It is great! The title grabbed my attention because it is so true. "Dancing can save your health!"

Have a blast after reading the article and start playing your favorite songs to dance. Prepare to dance every Saturday with us at the Granada Pavilion Ballroom Dancing and you will have a great moment.

Interesting how Italian researchers found out that heart attack patients who took up "WALTZING" improved their breathing and heart health more than those who took up cyclying or walking.

So, let's enjoy this Salsa song... as the British team reported "patients who took salsa lessons saw far greater mood improvements than those who did not dance." Hey, guys, not only Salsa, but let's dance all our favorite dances: Foxtrot, Quickstep, Waltz, Swing, Tango, Mambo, Jive and put a smile in our faces.

In Loving Memory of our beloved Ballroom Dancer Roger Khanelian

On behalf of Granada Pavilion Ballroom Dancing and all ballroom dancers,
we are uniting and sending our condolences to Roger's family in this sad moment.

Roger was more than just a wonderful person; he was always so kind and considerate to all of us that we always welcomed seeing him dancing with his lovely wife. We know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him. May God give the family strength in this difficult moment. We will all cherish Roger's memories because when we lose someone we love, it seems that time stands still...
